Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Keep your fingers crossed for me!

I know very well that pieces almost always turn up during the solve. However, this guy's mouth is missing and it's a relatively large, almost all white piece so I would have thought it would stand out quite easily.

Lots of looking and pieces are all spread out and it's not looking promising. I'm really not enjoying the puzzle quality but I love the image so much that it's keeping me motivated, but if this piece doesn't turn up I'll be pretty disappointed. At least it comes with a poster so I can enjoy the full image larger if it doesn't turn up!

Fuji Blossoms from Pieces & Peace, 500 pieces. Art by Nidhi Kachhadiya

This was a great image to puzzle. I only wish it was available in a larger piece count so I could have spent more time with it.

Anatolian puzzle came with a box holder!

Could be old news for many, but this being my first puzzle from Anatolian it was a fun surprise. It's just a little cardboard box holder but was it ever convenient!

Also I really enjoyed this puzzle. I was worried it would be a lot of brown but it all had enough variation to work through section by section.

Eeboo, Bountiful Garden, 1000 pieces

Another fun one! Also works well from multiple perspectives since the image radiates out from the centre.

Schmidt, Victorian Mansion by Dominic Davison, 1000 pieces

This is my third Dominic Davison puzzle and I really like his art! Very puzzle-able, and always a calm and relaxing image.

First PERMA puzzle after I saw it posted in this sub and it was really nice! A lot of thoughtful details in the packaging (thick poster with stand, section dividers for sorting in the box. But I'm just not a huge fan of paper backing which brought this one down a touch for me. The markings on the back helped with the big green section though!

The joy of gifts from Canada continues!

These are my first wooden puzzles and the experience for me was really different from a regular cardboard puzzle. I found I used the piece shape almost exclusively, once I had a little similar coloured pile to work from.

I get why Villager has such rave reviews! Even though this puzzle has a lot of purple, there was plenty of subtle differences and the piece cut made it clear when two pieces fit properly.

I loved it. My mom is visiting from Canada and brought me one other Villager puzzle, but I think I'll save that for a little while.

It looks a little bumpy in my photo but that's due to the puzzle mat.

This puzzle was slow for me to build, but I loved every minute. Mostly due to the artist, Jess Franks, because wow did she choose amazing colours.

I'm very lucky that I have a mom that comes to visit me all the way from Canada AND brings these lovely items! We already built one of the Stumpcraft minis and it was soo much fun. Just need to clear my current WIP off the puzzle board to make space to try a Villager puzzle now!

The box is about the size of a deck of playing cards and the pieces are quite small. It only took about 10 minutes to put together and I am simply charmed by the tiny-ness of it all.
