What's one thing you've changed in your work van that actually saves time every day?

I've noticed that the biggest improvements aren't always expensive.

Sometimes it's something simple, like:

• moving frequently used tools closer to the side door

• adding a small shelf above the wheel well

• keeping the center aisle completely open

• labeling storage bins

• mounting chargers in one dedicated spot

I'm curious—what's one change you've made to your van that genuinely saves time on every job?

I'd love to steal a few ideas for my own setup.

Open shelving or enclosed cabinets — what actually works better in a work van?

After reading a lot of van setup discussions, it seems people usually end up on one side.

Open shelving:

- quicker access

- easier to reorganize

- better visibility

Enclosed cabinets:

- cleaner appearance

- keeps things from moving around

- great for smaller parts

For those using their Transit for work, what are you running, and would you do it the same way again?

Pictures are always welcome.

If you could redesign your cargo van from scratch, what would you do differently?

After seeing a lot of different van shelving setups, one thing seems common:

Most people change something after a few months of real work.

Maybe it's shelving placement.

Maybe it's tool access.

Maybe it's wasted space.

If you were starting over with an empty van tomorrow, what would you do differently?

Curious to hear from plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, and general contractors.

What's the biggest challenge with your current cargo van shelving setup?

We're researching how contractors organize their Ford Transit vans and would love some feedback.

What do you wish your current shelving system did better?

More adjustability?

More storage?

Better tool access?

Curious what real Transit owners think.
