Hi guys so I bought a second-hand PS4 this weekend and I'm currently setting it up. When I go to create an account I'll get all the way through the account set-up process, and then at the point where it asks me to pick a username I get a pop-up that reads, "an unknown error has occurred." (No error code or link to a guide) It's happened 3 times in a row now and I don't really wanna use it without a PSN account as I also want it for Netflix and what have you. I did have a PSN account years ago but for the life of me I can't remember neither the username or what email I used.

If anyone has an idea what the issue could be please give us a hand I'd really appreciate it.
