R* have wiped my account
Long and short of it, November 2025 i deleted my character and started fresh, grinding to build a collection of business and cars.
Not much by manys standard but over GTA$200m worth.
I log on at the start of May and all of my cars, businesses and player level have gone, wiped, only thing left is the 1.2mil i didn’t spend (conveniently the difference in amount between my earned and spent)
Ive contacted support who have said they have no evidence of a wipe and are completely pinning it on me deleting my character in November, months before i made all of this progress and bought all of these cars, businesses etc.
What can i do? I have this screenshot of my account showing over 200mil in earnings on a Level 3 account, which in my eyes is impossible and concrete evidence that my account progress, earnings and assets have been wiped as it would be impossible to amass this without levelling up.
I am on Xbox Series S, it is not an eldorado account, its the same GT ive had for years.
