First off, i can’t play in an online sesh without getting blown up, so what did i do wrong, my gta enhanced character, you might ask? Story mode. Yes, im playing as the “fourth character” and not as my online character. I always play in solo sessions, always. I even given him some lore, so he went from living in a bar in sandy shores and doing bike tricks for living, to owning a bike shop, to being a mercenary etc, till he has almost every business in the game lol.

Point of what im saying is that my playthrough has a flavor, unlike a lot of people in this community where all they care about is grinding cayo, doing glitches, having tryhard modded outfits and modded cars, and blowing up people. Literally no sense of community. Even the TikTok and YouTube community is all about maxxing the game, the best car for online sessions, the best guns against griefers, the best money method etc. People don’t even join races or activities like golf or tennis, or just do a nice car meet, go on a drive, do something fun idk, like how i personally play the game lol.

Most my saved outfits for this character are outfits that i would wear irl, beanies, tshirts, nice suits w all sorts of colors, navy, crimson, teal etc. I also have garages full of nice cars, cars which i turned into professional racing cars, rally cars, just nice luxurious cars like the diamond or the baller. But instead, the playerbase decides to go with hsw maxxed banshee gts, nightshark, that classic annis bc omg jdm cars japan yeah. I don’t even have all my guns on me lol, only melee guns, a handgun and another weapon or two.

I love to go around pretending im a spy, a police officer, a modern cowboy with his muscle car, a (midnight club inspired) street racer kid. NOBODY I KNOW DOES THAT LMAO. I used to had a friend who hated doing anything but grinding casino. He had a higher level than me, i was like 200+ hours in the game but i was like level 50 or smtg idk, he was 100+. I LITERALLY HAVE MORE MONEY AND BUISNESSES AND STUFF THAN HIM, and yet i make sure i have fun in this game lmao. I go drifting by the docks, swim at the beach, go offroading etc.

This past week or so, I’ve been struggling to find a way to enjoy this game anymore, as I’m extremely burnt out on grinding and free mode PVP, and these past few weekly updates, in my opinion, have been a solid “meh” at best. So I decided to take a trip down nostalgia lane and I’ve been trying to go back to what used to make the game so entertaining back in the OG days, the custom jobs and games modes such as Rockets vs Insurgents, Parkour, and Vehicle Deathmatches, but have had a really hard time finding any of these let alone any people that are interested in playing them. With that being said, I created a few, mainly vehicle death matches, but the only problem is, no one plays jobs anymore, I kid you not, I started an auto-invite and waited almost half an hour for no one to join, and the problem is, these jobs would benefit with having a decent amount of players, yet getting a single person to join them is next to impossible. I understand the culture and the player base of the game has changed substantially over the years, but now more than ever I realize just truly how much the businesses and meta have almost made the game boring/stale. Is there a subreddit or a place I can share my custom jobs and find ones that people are active in or are the custom game mode days of GTAO over?

Hey everyone, I’m a small YouTuber from Australia who mainly makes GTA manhunt content. I’ve got a bigger story-style video idea I’m trying to pull off and I need a bunch of random players to help make it happen, enough to fill a full private lobby to make it look like a random public lobby.

The idea is basically that my friend (who’s in all my videos) has absolutely no idea this video is being made. I’m setting up a fake “normal” online session for him, but at a random point a huge group of players will suddenly start driving towards him and chasing him down out of nowhere to get a reaction.

I'm thinking everyone will all get into an invite only lobby, enough to fill pretty much a full session minus one spot for my friend. I have a mutual friend who is in on the plan, him and I will invite him to the session disguised as us trying to mess around and not recording any video, we do this often so he wouldn't suspect anything. The whole point is to completely catch him off guard and make him think an entire public lobby randomly turned against him out of the blue.

I need people who:

Play GTA Online PC Enhanced Would be down to join an invite-only session

Can keep the idea secret

Don’t mind being part of a chaotic/funny video

You wouldn’t need to do anything complicated.

I have a small discord server I made to organise this all and will need about 26 people. We Have 5 so far.

As for when this would all take place, I am unsure as of now. Preferably in the next week or so, I just need people as of now. Time wise roughly 6pm-10pn AEST.
