I’ve had bad plane spawns- where it get’s stuck or explode but this is the worse by far cause it doesn’t look stick and m on a Fuuuukin’ Beach sand for god sake⁉️i thought how in the 9 hells something gets stuck on a beach sand….. How

I'm experiencing a strange bug in GTA 5 Story Mode. The game suddenly looks washed out/desaturated, and because of this I can't continue the missions.
I've already tried:
Restarting the game
Restarting my PC
Verifying game files
Changing graphics settings
Nothing fixed it.
Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
At first the game was a little confusing and underwhelming, but once I understood the world and the game mechanics I was all in. The game is ridiculously funny and has amazing characters.
Last week, I won the podium vehicle.
I drove it into the army base and it was blown up.
It doesn’t register when I call MMI and it’s not at the impound.

I came back to playing a few weeks ago after almost 3 years. And something in particular caught my attention: the sheer amount of armor and snacks I have to go through in every Pacific Standard, Casino or similar heists/missions. It doesn't seem normal that I have to constantly reach out to armor and food in order not to die, and worse, that regular enemies are tougher than me with full armor.
So, it begs the question, were enemies buffed at some point in these past 3 years? Or did armor/health get nerfed?

So recently I went back to try gta v enhanced version on the ps5 before gta vi comes out, and I just finished “by the book” and there are no missions at all i tried calling, doing strangers and freaks, doing activities, sleeping and dying and still there are no missions. This did not happen to me before on the legacy version not even once. is it because it’s the enhanced version?
