Was it harder or easier to book F award tickets/availabilty? We hear a lot about Skypesos how true is the inflation compared to Atmos

Been trying to book F award tickets on Alaskas website for days but keep getting the “cannot confirm available seats on x route” on partner airline. Saw a few posts here with a little insight. Question for the insiders- Do we think is a sign of Alaska wanting to give us eventual zero partner seats available or do we think this comes back? Is this basically a wind down and they aren’t trying to give us biz seats on JAL/Cathay/JX?
It seems to be getting less and less every few months.
