Right now at Costco I found the XM5s for 150 dollars. Currently I have the Ult Wears and I really like them, but I’m not sure if the XM5s would be a worthy upgrade, or really an upgrade at all. Default sound signature doesnt matter as I’ll change it to be flat (Sonys default sound signature SUCKS). I just wonder if there will be improvements I could notice to anything and whether they’d be worth it. I did try a pair of XM5s at Best Buy once, though, and they were stretched out quite a bit, and fit me pretty poorly as a result.

Also please don’t go yapping about the durability, I get that the XM5s have issues, it’s just blown out of proportion, just like the issue the Ult Wears had for a while
