I’m playing the base game on OG Switch. Trying to learn how to complete a domination win so I’m playing on super easy with domination as the only victory condition. I just completed my third complete civ take over and large scale barbarian rebellion is about to take place in about 4 turns. I backed up to try and stop it but I don’t really know what to do. Just place troops in all my conquered cities and build more amenities? I don’t understand why every city is so displeased with me.
