I am looking for a space to hold a Memorial Service/Celebration of Life.

In retrospect I am looking for a place that I could possibly have the day before to get ready or even if not an all day event. Memorial Service first where motorcycles will gather to goto burial at the National Cemetery in Akron NY. Than back to the location to have a big dinner with friends and family .

National Cemetery only does burials on weekdays and I work overnight and am only off 6 days every other week. I am looking to having this mid August

Everything I see is wedding venues that of course and booked up. I plan to cater the food but would like a kitchen. Was told Air BNB wouldn't be a good idea and that people wouldn't approve of that. ~50 people
