I just got diagnosed with bipolar type two days ago. I was just bipolar I with psychotic features for 4 years but I just got out of psychosis without a mood episode so my diagnosis changed.

What should I know or keep in mind now? I have a good understanding of bipolar disorder but I’ve never really looked into schizophrenia or schizoaffective.
