It's always something... hot water heater pressure
So today's problem is that our hot water pressure is very low at ALL fixtures. I did a flush of the tank a month ago and replaced the anode rod. Everything was normal until last week and then the pressure just died. I'm thinking that it's either just coincidence or something I dislodged during cleaning took 3 weeks to work its way into the check valve on the exit side.
Took this picture of the water heater and the fitting looks pretty corroded where (what I believe to be) the check valve coming out of the tank is.
Anybody dealt with this before? I'm worried about snapping the plastic off and being properly screwed lol. Advice?
