The ranking system in this game is genuinely absurd sometimes.

I’m in year 2 of an LSU dynasty, because I’m staring a job there in the fall so I thought it’d be fun. We started unranked, but have wins against: 22 Clemson, 13 Texas, 18 ASU, and 10 Georgia. Of those teams they 3 have one loss and it’s to us. ASU and Georgia were road games, Clemson and ASU were 30+ point wins, and all 4 games came against them when they were ranked in top 13 teams (I also have a win against what at the time was #20 mizzu by 42). We are currently ranked #14. Genuinely what is that logic lol.

Why does it seem like no one in the media is acknowledging how hard it is to play in Mexico?

Just something I’ve noticed, people are questioning how club America is so good, or how the spirit lost to them, or even just discussing what a good game it was, which fair. But thing is, on the mens side of the game everyone acknowledges that travel to Mexico and trying to play games there is incredibly difficult. It’s why the leagues cup played games in the us instead for the first few years of it. Every year mls teams loose on the road even if they are on paper a better team in the champions league. It’s just a thought I’ve had listening to the media talk about these games.
