I get random brief service outages that last less than a minute, and after a gateway reboot, everything seems to be fine again. But it's annoying! I have 300Mbps service -- so I'm wondering if 1Gbps service would have the exact same problem? If AT&T prioritizes their 1Gbps customers, maybe I'll pay that tax. But if anyone has had the same sort of issue and AT&T just doesn't care about residential service reliability, then I'll look into alternatives.
