I can’t for the life of me remember anything about this feature-length movie except that the sick wife tells the husband something like, “You don’t have to love me but I need to know you’ll help me.”
If I recall even slightly correctly, at the beginning of the film the wife and husband do live together, but are distant, maybe even more or less estranged. But then she gets some terrible medical news and really needs her husband to help her.
Other than that, the film may have been in a language other than English; it’s more than two years old; and I’m quite sure it’s a drama.
