Night shift nurse trying to figure out optimal session timing with irregular sleep schedule

Work as an ER nurse doing 12 hour night shifts. Three nights on, four days off, rotating schedule. Interested in trying hyperbaric sessions for general wellness and recovery but struggling to figure out when to schedule them.

Sleep schedule flips between day sleeping and night sleeping depending on work rotation. Energy levels vary a lot based on where in the cycle.

For people with irregular schedules or shift work, how did you find a sustainable session routine? Same time each week regardless of sleep schedule or adjust based on rotation?

Curious if session timing affects how you feel afterward. Morning sessions, afternoon, evening, does it matter when sleep schedule is unconventional?

Want to commit to consistent sessions but need to figure out a pattern that works with nursing schedule. The clinic has flexible hours which helps but still need to choose a regular time.

Any shift workers or people with non traditional schedules who made this work long term? What scheduling approach did you find sustainable?

Which AI girlfriend app are you guys using lately?

I’m 27 and still don’t have a girlfriend.

Been working from home for years, and honestly I barely talk to anyone outside of work anymore 😭

Kinda thinking about trying an AI girlfriend just to have someone to chat with at night.

Any recommendations? Looking for one that actually feels real and not super robotic.

lost the weight, still figuring out who I am now

this sounds dramatic but bear with me. I've been overweight my whole adult life and a big part of how i moved through the world was built around that. the way i dressed, the way i carried myself, even my humor. down 40lbs now and some days i genuinely don't recognize myself in the mirror and it's not always a comfortable feeling even though logically i know it's a good thing. anyone else go through an adjustment period that had nothing to do with the physical side

Evergreen content is getting cited by AI ; and driving traffic months after publishing

Something I noticed after setting up AI traffic tracking using Zen Reports: posts from 2-3 years ago are getting consistent AI referral traffic. Not just recent content. AI tools seem to cite based on relevance and authority rather than recency, which is different from how I think about SEO. I think we're still in early innings here ; the trend is consistent but most people haven't noticed yet. It'll be interesting to see how this evolves over the next 12 months as AI tools become even more embedded in how people research. This has made me reprioritize content maintenance over content production. Anyone else seeing older posts get 'discovered' by AI tools and driving renewed traffic?
