It might be Copy template but... does anyone notice the hit rate decreasing?

Well, i use it as roleplay because im not a programmer but i do notice the hit rate drops lately and someone else said the "Price Increases" or "Balance decrease" whatever, but im not really sure... here's for screenshots, which might be useful
