Hello, first i want to thanks for the info and help ill receive (if any)!

Sooo, the details i remember are :

-i used to play on PC (it was pre-downloaded, i dont remember having CD)
-it was an car racing game, but more of a mini-cars than life-size cars
- more of cartoonish than realistic style of game
-the cars were mini coopers, Beatles and trucks in the colours of red, blue, green and yellow (you choose the colours of your car)
-i dont remember any type of weapons like oil slips, blasts etc.
- most of the tracks were outdoors and few indoor ( one of the indoor track it resembled A LOT of hot wheels track)
- the tracks had some obstacles like ramps, bumps, jump etc.
