Just a random thought that google can't answer for me... So as we are told not to drink for 30 before and after food. What about cereal? Will that be out of the question forever? I'm still on pureed food & 2 weeks to go for solids yet but cereal with milk... Does it cause dumping syndrome? TIA 😊

Can anyone show me your diet plan you received following your gastric bypass op, I have mine which I'll be sticking to but just want to see others out of interest 😊 I'm 4 days post op, 5'5 57kg F but had severe gastroparesis for over 2 years. 4 days in, a life without a feeding tube on my face is amazing already. Onwards and upwards 🙌💓
