So I called ircc today and as an escalation message was sent from mp office and the agent told me today that they responded it by saying that the “application is in progress and they do not need any additional information from me and they will notify as soon as the final decision has been made and they appreciate the patience etc.” my application was submitted on August 13,2025 and the background check was cleared on Feb 3 and since then there has been no update except there scripted answers so my question is that is my file has actually been worked on or is it stuck? in the eligibility section cuz it is shown blank in ircc call agents system.
