Hi, I got an offer on 3 April and accepted it but I'm still in the process of institute review. So, it's been almost 8 weeks.

I haven't submitted my official transcripts yet but they didn't ask me to submit those through email or application portal.

Is this the reason that I'm still at Under Institute Review?
