Has anyone had experience of recovering from bone marrow bruising/trauma while using BPC?

So my son...for context he's an athlete and competes at an elite level, landed on and injured his thumb. Luckily, no ligaments were torn or badly damaged although a scan showed the marrow in his thumb was badly bruised. Id never heard of that kind of injury before myself, but 6 weeks later and its still sore, like he cant unscrew a bottle cap, its too painful.

In an ideal situation he'd just stop training until thumb was fully healed but that's just not an option for him as its competition season now.

Any advice/experience with BPC 157 for bone healing, dosages, injection site for thumb, etc?
