Then came the exiting moment to check his IV.

I think it is 15/2/15 iv, so max damage, but I don't know if the middle bar is too low?

I work 2 night shifts a week, 5 days off.
Work from 10 pm till 8 am.
Sleep from 10 am till 3 pm on work days.
4 am till 12 am on days off.
My work days are not consecutive.
Question is, should i flip back to a normal sleep schedule?
Or continue with my 2 hours of anchor sleep.
Appreciate any insight :-)
