You never know what the other person is going through just always be kind. And have some empathy. No matter what the situation just try to have some kindness. For me, kindness/having empathy is most attractive thing about humans.

Also be kinder to others and be kinder to YOURSELF that's most important. And people say that ki say No and all but for me say yes whenever you can(Obv say No in things you are uncomfortable with), help people nothing wrong in that unless it affects you. Putting a little effort and helping others is not a big deal.
