Im curious to hear from people who have been following Jebel Ali Village townhouses closely. I have noticed that there doesnt seem to be much activity when it comes to recorded rental or sale transactions despite there being decent interest in the community. I am an agent myself and currently have a couple of options available for both sale and rent. One thing I have noticed is that sellers and landlords are holding their prices quite firmly so there seems to be a gap between what owners expect and what buyers or tenants are actually willing to transact at.

For those who own or live in, or have been tracking Jebel Ali Village what do you think is causing the relatively low transaction activity? Would be interested to hear from owners, tenants, investors and agents.
