Es una locura los precios que se manejan hermano, y como tener un techo no es negociable las inmobiliarias y dueños te exprimen y aprovechan a más no poder. Ni siquiera hay un criterio para los precios que manejan, no puede ser que pleno centro y barrio abasto salgan lo mismo, no importa si tenés cerca una parada de colectivo o a 30 cuadras, si tenés la vereda destrozada o un conteiner con trapitos viviendo enfrente.

Todos los edificios nuevos ahora los hacen eléctricos, parece que están arreglados con la EPE así te cogen hasta en los servicios. Los viejos se caen a pedazos porque no hay mantenimiento y los nuevos usan todo plástico.

Los consorcios son todos unos garcas, te chorean guita a más no poder, ni siquiera lo intentan dibujar.

Los dueños directos te cobran lo mismo que la inmobiliaria y tenes que garpar todo el sellado igual, no hay ningún pro.

Cuando finaliza el contrato pretenden que les dejes el depto 0km y todo lo que te puedan cobrar para que arregles aunque no te corresponda te lo cobran. Ellos son una inmobiliaria y vos un gil laburante así que meter abogados te sale más caro.

He llegado a ver departamentos en alquiler de menos de 30mts2 sin horno ni balcón que te cobran +400k.

Es demencial esto hermano, y antes de que venga un nenazo a decirme que nadie me obliga a pagar un alquiler exorbitante, si todas las inmobiliarias y hasta el intendente se ponen de acuerdo para empomarte no tenes opción.

But even without being a prodigy, I can't help but notice how the world is structured, and I can't help but wonder, is intelligence truly a gift?

When you're able to see all the patterns, you become capable of understanding the weight of every small action, and even, to some extent, of "predicting" where they will lead. And not only that, but you become truly aware of what life "means," and even worse, what it means when it ends. Some "truths" of human existentialism, when you grasp them, are somewhat devastating.

And also, is realizing that you're not like everyone else. The vast majority of humanity's "geniuses" have truly tragic stories (understandable, since intelligence originated as an evolutionary tool for overcoming adversity; people with "easy" lives don't really need to develop it). They also tend to lead solitary lives and die in similar circumstances. They contributed greatly to society, and society repaid them by excluding, betraying and distrusting them.

"Seeing" it all, knowing that one can do almost nothing, and being unable to ignore it, is more devastating than it seems.

Envío por Andreani. Me entregaron la tarjeta de débito literalmente una bolsa transparente que dejaba ver la plantilla diciendo "TU NUEVA TARJETA DÉBITO LEMON CONTACTLESS". Cuando vi eso me pareció rarísimo y dije es imposible que nadie haya metido mano acá. Efectivamente cuando la abrí estaba manoseada y sin la cinta/franja de seguridad del paquete (estuve revisando unboxings y a ellos al menos le venía con la franja adhesiva). De más está decir que no activé la tarjeta pero tengo fondos (mínimos) en la cuenta y me preocupa. Intenté comunicarme por la app y mail y su respuesta fue que estaban con mucho volumen de issues así que no me iban a poder contestar.

Hay algo que pueda hacer más que darme de baja del servicio y pasar los fondos a un lugar más serio?
