90 - too many follicles?
Got a little freaked out when my ultrasound this morning showed that I have 50 follicles on the left, 40 on the right. I'm on day 11 of stims.
Three days ago my US showed 41 follicles total and they said they still needed a ways to go.
I'll hear back from my clinic this afternoon but I wanted to see if this has ever happened to anybody! I'm not clear on whether I have lean PCOS, on my baseline ultrasound the tech said my ovaries look normal and not polycystic so who knows, I've never gotten a clear yes or no diagnosis but I know it's been thrown around.
I'd say about two days ago I started feeling more uncomfortable and bloated but still tolerable. But now I wonder if I'm headed down the path of OHSS!
Edit for anyone curious: my clinic did in fact say no HCG, lupron trigger tonight! They're also prescribing cetrotide and cabergoline. So everything here was so helpful knowing it sounds like they're taking it seriously! They say I have 93 follicles and estrogen is 6300. Info for those curious who may read later lol.
