Need help building a PC in the UAE, first build

• PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)
gaming mainly (Minecraft, persona 5 royal, terraria, where winds meet, baldurs gate 3, hades 2 and slay the spire 2)
• Purchase country? Near Micro Center? (If not US, list local vendors) UAE, no vendors that I know of, however I’m willing to go anywhere within the UAE or use Amazon/noon
• Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate) 1 monitor, 27 inch, 1440p or 1080p and 144Hz but a higher refresh rate is doable with the right parts (doesn’t need to go over 180Hz)
• Budget range? (Include tax considerations)
4k to 5k aed (or 1.1k to 1.4k USD)
• WiFi or wired connection?
Either can be done but I don’t think it matters too much since I’m not gonna be doing competitive
• Size/noise constraints?
I’d prefer if it was quieter but there isn’t a large issue with noise, size should be mid tower
• Color/lighting preferences?
Negligible, I just want it working and runnable
