Anyone else preorder the FC 27 Ultimate Edition and still haven’t received their Premium Pass?

I’ve contacted EA Support multiple times, and every single time, I get the same generic, copy-paste email responses. No actual solution, no proper explanation, nothing.
Today, EA is claiming that the issue has been resolved, but I STILL don’t see my Premium Pass in the game.

It’s ridiculous that we paid extra for the Ultimate Edition and still haven’t received the content we were promised.
What’s even more frustrating is how EA keeps marking these issues as resolved without actually fixing anything.

Is anyone else still having this issue? Has anyone managed to get their Premium Pass activated? Or are we all just stuck waiting for EA to do something?
