My bestie and I are searching for a place in the ATL area, we both don’t have good credit which seems to be preventing us from getting a place so far. We are both grad students, working on improving credit, and finding stability. We don’t want a roach invested place, and most of the secondhand apts have reviews of infestations! We aren’t asking for perfect by any means but please no roaches
