Hello, I am a student of Modern Languages with a focus on english (I'm in the 1st semester, so I'm still learning English, sorry for the translator), and I received a somewhat peculiar assignment. Each of us needs to find a speaker of an unfamiliar language, in my case, I need to find a speaker of Polish (if possible, a Jane Austen fan) to explain/assist me in understanding what was altered from the original riddle, its meaning, impacts on the story, etc.

Particularly, it's quite difficult to get a translation with an explanation, I count on your help.

(I have already read the original version (english), so I know how the riddle should be, what I need to know is how it actually is in Polish) :D
