Jirai Kei thrift?
Hii my best friend is visiting Japan this summer and is going to do some shopping for me. I know the obvious places like shibuya 109, Liz Lisa, Noemie, etc. but I’m searching for some cheaper items and was wondering if anybody knows any second hand stores that have Jirai Kei or are curated to Jirai Kei?
