I am currently working on SRAM design in Cadence Virtuoso and wanted some feedback on my projects and profile for VLSI roles

I wanted to ask

Are these projects good enough for VLSI internships placements
What improvements should I make to my SRAM project to make it more industry oriented
Which skills tools are most important for freshers trying to enter VLSI
What kind of projects usually stand out during interviews

Any suggestions or guidance would really help me improve
