Why Mushoku Tensei is better than Crime and Punishment and Umineko combined
Characters:
Mushoku Tensei has peak characters like Rudeus who’s very complex and a pedo, and Sylphiette whose very complex and meek and Nanahoshi who’s very complex and homesick
Crime and Punishment has very bad characters like Raskolnikov. His internal dialogue is very poopoo and bad and he doesn’t make any interesting or weightful decisions that have impacted the plot (but who knows I skipped every paragraph that exceeded half a page).
Umineko also has very doodoo characters like Beato. She isn’t even there in episode 1 and then she pretends to be nice in 3 then dies in 5 and never comes back but that’s just what I’ve heard (I’m a larper).
Story:
The aimlessness of Mushoku Tensei’s story is actually really good as it’s supposed to be an allegory for what it’s like to search for more loli.
Crime and Punishment has a bad story where people just talk to eachother, idk what’s even happened.
I skipped everything until the first twilight and if anyone except Battler was on screen, I flipped a coin as to whether I skipped through their dialogue
Themes:
Mushoku Tensei has very good themes like pedophilia, adventure, pedophilia, magic, sexual assault and pedophilia
Crime and Punishment has very bad themes like guilt, remorse, unfairness, murder, crime, consequences etc.
Umineko easily has the worst with terrible themes ranging from forgiveness, mental illness, truth, subjectivity, objectivity, love, understanding, communication, mystery, fantasy, magic, murder, money, patriarchy, misogyny, trauma, abuse, neurodivergence, true crime, bullying, retrospection, suicide, acceptance, belief etc. Very bad 😡 💩
Conclusion:
As was to be shown MT is much better than Grime and Punshitment and Umidneko When They Die. But even MT’s not as good as One Peak.
Goodbye, have a good day, and always remember to check the flair.
