Inaccuracy

How has everyone's accuracy been? Mine just came in the mail today. Been in bed the past 3 hours and somehow my steps have gone up over 1000. Feeling very skeptical about the entire ring rn.

To those who went unmedicated twice+....

This post is directed at those who gave birth unmedicated multiple times, and particularly to those who had a traumatic, shocking, or less than pleasant experience the first time..

how did you manage going unmedicated in your subsequent births?

I am in a much better headspace to process my first birth. On paper it went as best as it could have gone, but mentally I felt traumatized and cried every time I talked about it the first couple of months after (fast progression, unable to utilize pain strategies, fear and panic)

Recently we've been thinking about when we want to TTC, and I still feel strongly about the reasons I wanted to go unmedicated and would want to do it again. However, my body still tenses and goes into panic mode whenever I get a cramp that's stronger than usual. I'm scared that once the time comes, it'll be just as traumatic as the first time.

So my questions are what motivated you? Did you physically change anything? Did your first birth completely alter your expectations? Did you naturally have a different coping response?
