Can someone explain this to me and maybe see if my xray looks okay?

So, I had some pretty serious surgery where I had a root fragment removed from near my sinuses while under anesthesia in an OR. I need help understanding the notes they made and reading my XRAY?

These are the notes they made:

A sulcular incision was made from the distal of tooth #4 to the distal of #8 with mesial and distal releasing incisions. A full thickness mucoperiosteal flap was raised. Using the CBCT as a guide, a round bur on high speed handpiece under copious irrigation was used to make a small bony window distal to the apex of root #6. This was extended and the sinus was entered as expected in order to access the retained root tip. A thick outpouching of bone was encountered at the expected site of #5. Using the round bur and chisels, bone was carefully removed, with caution to avoid the root of #6. Tooth-like structure was encountered. Multiple attempts were made to elevate the root tip, including different elevators, chisels, and drilling techniques. Based on the scan and clinical findings the PDL had been obliterated and the tooth could not be elevated from the site. The above instruments were then carefully used to remove the tooth-like structure until only bone was encountered. At this time the decision was made to pause and obtain xrays as further attempts to identify a more clear root tip put the adjacent #6 and the palate at risk of damage. Multiple xrays did not demonstrate the retained root tip. Bone around #6 appeared intact radiographically and clinically. With these findings the decision was made to stop further exploration and close.

Advice

I'm going on a long backpacking trip soon and I need to know the most filling food I can stretch over a period of time and easily dehydrate in my oven. Any tips?

Looking for friends

Hi, I'm a 26 year old male who is tired of staying in the same place, I do not feel safe where I am and I have no privacy. I am looking for someone who is in need of a friend, friend with benefits or a partner who would be willing to let me stay with them until I could land a job there, I am very down to earth and easy to get along with, I am very OCD and clean, I have money saved up and I would be able to provide for myself until finding a job. Unless you wanted to hangout, you wouldn't even know I was there. I am into video games, anime, reading, movies, music, nature. Please, hmu. I am willing to relocate anywhere in the country.
