MAAP Aeon bibs + long sleeve jersey: in action
Hands down the best and most comfy outfit in my cycling wardrobe. The aeon long sleeved jersey is super breathable with mesh/small perforations, sits well and feels like a second skin. Without being overly tight. Regarding the bibs: no chafing at all, great padding for longer rides and doesn’t move around. The suspenders/straps are just right in tightness over the shoulders.
The negative:
MAAP logo on the back pockets are coming/peeling off after 3-4 washes. The text is not sublimation printing. Instead it feels like it’s ”glued” on top the fabric. This has happened to both our jerseys. I’m afraid more of the printings will eventually peel off.
Bibs are a bit overly tight around the thighs on the thigh bands. Going up a size will make the bibs too long. But this is no major issue. It bothers me the first couple of minutes when I put them on, but forget about it later.
