medicine effecting my playing
i have adhd and take vyvanse for it. I’ve notice that not only my endurance goes down, but also my range and tone. It was better than when i took adderall (could barely play for like 30 minutes if i were playing anything above) c4, but still a noticeable issue. any other trombonists with adhd that could explain and give some tips?
