To give more context here,
I am working at one of the Big4s as a Data Engineer 2 with 3.8 YOE.

I have been looking out for jobs for the past 3 months…most of my calls with the HR go like this.

They ask how early can i join?

My answer to them is
“My project is ending in a month hence i can join a week post that”

Either an interview is scheduled or they just say “let me get back to you” but they never do.

Now i have given interview in around 15 companies.

And finally i am little confident to receive an offer…
Issue is they would want me to join within a month and I am sure I am not getting a release that early.

My team lead is the most toxic human i have ever meant where he wants me to even complete his stories as well. And if i choose to say no then he’s being an a-hole to me entirely.

I really want to just quit at this point even without an offer letter…but even if i do receive one they won’t be jobs i can take up due to the notice period.

What should I even do? Feels like I am stuck in this loop.
I am aware that i can revoke my resignation after 2 months as well.

Did anyone interview for this role in recent weeks? Any tips on what and how to tackle things?
