Ordered iPad off Backmarket, box arrived empty and got my account suspended for raising a help ticket.
Yeah the title says most of it.
I ordered an iPad 7 from Backmarket. The package got delivered to my house and I wasn't there to sign and receive it so FedEx took it back to their facilities. I requested a pick-up at al alternative location, and when I arrived to receive it the box was about 2 lbs too light. The box was empty when I opened it, no iPad, no charger, no cube, not even the manual was there. Of course, I raise the issue to Backmarket, photographed everything, verified my identity and shit. I did all the steps. Three days later they get back to me and tell me "yeah we suspended your account because we saw some inconsistent labels in your package and the weight was like off"
???
They say that like I'm the one making the labels?? Like I'm weighing the package ???? I can't even see the message log for the ticket anymore, which feels like they're intentionally blocking me from seeing the full conversation.
But yeah I'm challenging the suspension, whoever is out there please give me advice or words of encouragement because I think I just spent 600 something dollars for an empty box.
