ECG AND IMAGING. HELP!
I’m an IM intern. I’m very weak at interpreting ECGs and imaging, especially CT scans. What are the best methods or resources to learn them from the beginning and become proficient?

Edit I come at 6, finish my old patients. The attending doesn't update the list till 8 . We have morning report from 8 to 9. And the round starts at 10.
I just started my Internal Medicine residency, and my first rotation is on the wards.
I'm having a very difficult time charting my patients. We usually receive the updated patient list only 1–1.15 hour before rounds. During that time, I often have 2–4 new admissions/progress patients that I need to read and present in addition to following up on the patients I already had from the previous day. Total 7-8 patients
Most of the time, I end up presenting poorly because I don't have enough time to review the charts thoroughly organize my thoughts before rounds.
I started wards 3 days ago and feel completely dumb and lost
Any advice?
Long story short, I'm an introvert and I don't have much energy for dealing with people. However, I ended up in an Internal Medicine residency, and I'm now a first-year resident. I'm already feeling drained. I've tried every technique I can think of to relax and recharge—sleep, exercise, meditation, etc. I don't drink alcohol. I'm already on SSRI
I feel muscle tension and irritability all day long, and it can be overwhelming. I feel like I need something stronger to calm my central nervous system and help me stay focused.

Are there any OTC or prescription medications that might help?
Should I try psychotherapy?
I'm a new PGY-1, an IMG with decent scores, training at a community hospital. I was considering pursuing an Allergy & Immunology fellowship, but people keep telling me it's very competitive and that my chances of matching are low coming from a community program, especially as a non-US MD.

Should I forget about it?

Anyone have recent experience with Merchants Plaza apartments in downtown Mobile?
How’s the safety, noise, management, and maintenance overall?
Thanks!
My wife and I are moving to Mobile soon. We’re looking for a safe neighborhood, a clean apartment, and somewhere reasonably close to Mobile Infirmary (15 minutes drive).
We’re planning to rent for the first couple of months while we get to know the area.
What do you guys think about these apartments?
Parkside at Cottage Hill
Windsor Apartments
Meridian at the Port
Carondolet Apartments
Maison de Ville Apartments
Mobile Lofts
If anyone has better recommendations or neighborhoods you’d suggest, I’d really appreciate it.
