Anyone dealt with this company. They came by saying they would take care of the yard for $49 and do termite bonds for under $300 including fixing damage. I’ve never heard of them until they started going door to door. Anyone have experience with them?
Hi just curious if anyone in this area has recently replaced their home AC. Trying to get an idea of current fair price. This would be for replacing 3.5 ton 15 SEER fan and air handler/heat pump units. The handler is indoor closet install as opposed to attic. House is about 1,800sf.

Ive only got a quote from one company so far but it seems really high and the guy that came out just gave me super “dishonest used car salesman” vibes. Waiting on appointments with two others. Recently a cat decided to stay on my porch. It’s a male cat and they look pretty young. They won’t leave and I haven’t feed or given it water hoping they would pass by. It’s been a few hours and they still haven’t left. I was wondering if anyone has any information on who to call or take them to a shelter perhaps to be adopted out. I unfortunately can’t afford to take care of a cat atm.
Update: I haven’t seen him since last night. I think he’s moved on now.

I love fireworks! Would go every year to view them. Haven’t been able to go last year or this year. But I’ve enjoyed watching them afar in other neighborhoods. However Firing them off in residential areas sucks! My neighbor constantly fired them over my home. Raining down debris set off my vehicle alarm. I asked them kindly to redirect. They wanted to argue about it so I just walked away.
They kept at it.
Anyone else have this issue? What did you do? What should I do? I’m certain they will be a nuisance next year.
