I need urgent help

My 1.5-year-old Red-Eared Slider has had severe constipation for the past 4 days. She ate the gravel from her tank, and I think it caused an intestinal blockage. Now I don’t know what to do. The seller told me the gravel was safe for turtles, but obviously it was not, and now she is severely constipated because of it.

Urgent help with my Red-Eared Slider

My turtle is a Red-Eared Slider, and she is 1.5 years old. For the past 4 days, she has been trying to poop, but she can’t get it out. Every time she tries, something very large and white comes out from her tail a little bit, but it never fully comes out because it looks too big. I took her for an X-ray, and there were no eggs, but the stomach and intestines looked spotted/dotted.

I suspect she may have been eating the gravel/pebbles from the tank. I’ll attach a picture of the gravel and the X-ray as well. Does anyone know what this could be and what the solution is?
