Currently using Infinia as an add-on to my dad's credit card. I used to be able to control the spending limits, and all the other basic features of any credit card. From the last month or so since they updated their mobile app and website the basic features of this card have become so glitchy omg. Neither me nor my dad is able to change the spending limits. And we spend upwards of 2 to 3 Lakhs a month each. The customer care is just one echo chamber of try this/try that and nothing is working. I fkin hate this bank. Wtf happened to their IT lmao? Dad can't change anything in his app/website either. The card is not even showing up on my netbanking portal anymore. But the statements arrive on time, without any issue. How can their most premium card have such dogshit functionality, god I am so triggered. I was in Sri Lanka last month and I was trying to pay for dinner and this card started glitching out on me. I had to ask a friend to pay for me which was really humiliating yuckk

Anyone else using this card/app/website and facing such issues? pls help
