So everyone has a good thing to say about steam support. what about the bad ones?

I had bought this game (it was not gifted to me) from my wish cart, i forgot it was there but bought it along side a few other games. the thing is i didn't play it nor did i want to.

i reached out to get a refund and i never got it, (as you can see i still can download and play it.)

its been there for what i believe a year now, and it kind of pisses me off cause there is youtubers out there speed running games then refunding them and I'm just here stuck with a game that i never even opened.

its not even about the money its about the principle behind it that pisses me off.

so any similar stories out there?

edit-

yes i did buy it a year ago, but i tried to refund it like 2 weeks later after purchase.
is there a way to check past "tickets"?, i wouldnt mind showing it?
