Hearing corporate Ahold Delhaize is looking to force in new labor standards in South Portland in August. The word is Local 1445 members might see a 25% cut in pay. Corporate HR visited this week and told management that workers were already being paid too much anyway.

Anyone else hearing corporate is changing standards in the DC in August. Not sure by how much but we're being told it's big. Like longer shifts with a 25% cut in pay. Heard corporate HR was there this week asking questions and saying employees are being paid too much. Probably afraid union will file a formal grievance.
