Recipe for Hannaford blondies?

Does anyone know the recipe for Hannaford's blondies? I've been addicted to them for quite a while and it's really killing my wallet.

I've tried a few box mixes but nothing has come close.

Pissed off the Security/Loss Prevention

I was at a Hannaford in Schenectady the other day and while there, I just felt a need to rearrange my pant pockets, in the middle of putting everything back I pocketed a large permanent marker still in its packaging, I went to the register and as I was in my pockets again, I pulled out the marker and said "Oh shit", and placed it on the conveyor belt with my other items. I paid for it and then pocketed it again. As I'm pulling up to the door, this massive large man, starts going off on me about stealing and needing to come with him into the office to wait for the police, I said "What are you talking about?" He says I saw you put an item in your pocket, I said "Oh yeah, this?" pulling the marker out of my pocket again. He goes "yes, that" I said "that's funny because its mine now. I bought it and I'm not staying here much longer." He got told that I was all good and then just points at the door "Get the fuck out of here" I said, "I was already doing that but okay" He then tells me "Don't come back ever again" "You're so mad you didn't catch someone that you're telling a paying customer to never return?" "You stole! I saw you do it!" I said "I DIDN'T STEAL ANYTHING I PAID FOR EVERYTHING" He said "Don't come back" again and slammed his door shut.

Wow, what a day. I probably won't ever go back but wow, what a guy.

HR Lead Interview

I’m curious if anyone has any insight as to what kinds of interview questions would be asked for an applicant of the hr lead position. I applied for it with no hr background but some transferable skills. I figured it would be a bit of a stretch but I got an interview nonetheless.

Who else is gonna miss these

The cows on the cheese, specifically. Idk man they give me at least something interesting to look at when I'm stocking dairy. I'll miss creating stories about the pepper jack cow and the Colby jack cow being a divorced family and stuff.. it's the little things you know? The redesign is so soulless and no whimsy.

Incident on 8/16/2026 - Customer Assault

Hey, does anyone here have any information/video of the customer that was arrested in the Concord, NH Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road? He was apparently upset that his card was declined, and started screaming and throwing inventory at other customers, and the police were called. Any details out there?

Pay rate?

Stupid question, but I had my orientation last Wednesday and my first ever shift today. Would I get paid for that this Thursday, or would the system have to run things through before I can actually get my paycheck? I talked about it with my father but he’s never worked at the store so I decided to ask people who do work at Hannaford and get my answer from them.

Dennis Taylor and Company, in Georgia

Who knows anything about this place? Seems there's lots of people who say you cant move up in the company, and get treated pretty awfully by Foremans there. Curious as to if there is any insight into that. And if anyone has worked here before or recently?

Honestly, and all jokes aside, how do you get an " Exceeds Expectations " on a performance review

I know the consensus on Reddit is going to say quit or "who cares/give the bare minimum," it's not worth it, etc. Call me crazy, but I actually like my job and want to become a better employee and teammate. However, in the almost 5 years I've been with the company, an “exceeds expectations” has been a unicorn of an achievement on a performance review. What would you guys suggest to achieve this? I really appreciate any help you all can provide.

I’m 17 and I just got my first ever job as a Hannaford cashier. What can I expect for my first few shifts?

I’m not afraid to say I’m very nervous, as the packet I had to look at quickly during the interview had a lot of things like payment methods, item codes, checks, and all of that stuff. It would mean the world to me if people could give their experiences with the store working in my position. Also, I mentioned in my interview I have vasovagal syncope, which means exposure to certain things can make me faint (not standing too long though).

I appreciate all of the help!

ARM - Gone or not?

A quick search shows some posts 6 months back about the ARM role being eliminated. Yet at the one I shop at most frequently, her picture is still up (with that title listed) and she is clearly still working there. Was a new position created? Demotions offered instead of just being gone? What’s the scoop?
