Im a department assistant and recently the associate survey has opened up, I was under the impression that everyone was supposed to submit their survey whether it was negative or positive. One of my asm’s has told three of my department managers and leaders to not remind certain people (“the negative Nancy’s”as he said)about the survey so that we don’t get a bad score. I’m pretty sure the store score affects their yearly bonus but I thinks it’s highly inappropriate to tell leadership not to remind people about the survey in hopes they don’t take it. Are they aloud to do that?
