What counts as a planted bomb? and what is the maximum radius of a bomb that is allowed? does a explosive round in someone or something count?

Like, do they live at their section of The Thumb's headquarters or do they have personal homes? can they go to workshops and have custom gear made for them? can they get enhancement tattoos? can they give specific orders to their Soldati and inferiors not given by the Sottocapo or other superiors?

Do Soldati tell their superiors or are the superiors supposed to remember? Can superiors tell Soldati not to give out punishment or even cancel punishment and not hand it out?

Does the bullet have a syringe like structure in it that delivers the tears and does the bullet then dissolve to prevent it from keeping the wound open?

Surely some workshop could make an prosthetic eye that does the same thing without drawbacks.

And does the size of the ring affect the strength given?

I know about the Wei of the Heishou, but that branch along with the others is made from creatures from the Outskirts. but what about Horses, like Shire Horses and normal horses.
