I keep getting this error when trying to look at my conversations

Edit: this is on a very long chat btw
It shows up like this in my notifications
How do I make it stop
The setting only shows for 30 min at most
I was signed in at one point but it kept asking me to input my credentials and not showing me the sign in screen so I signed out now I can't really remember how I got back in....idk maybe something changed...I don't remember it being this hard
Any help?
Add: I got signed back in but in case it asks to input my credentials again like before...can y'all give me some advice anyway?
