Gamarjoba guys! I really need some help figuring out which neighborhoods / residential complexes are worth considering. Right now I’m researching areas in and maybe a bit outside of Batumi that are actually nice to live in long-term.

I’d really love to have a sea view, but I know complexes like Orbi are more tourist-oriented. I’m looking more for apartments with a proper full kitchen and a separate bedroom — something comfortable for everyday living, not just short-term stays.

Would really appreciate recommendations on:

• which residential complexes are worth looking at
• which districts/areas are better for living
• what kind of budget/rent I should realistically expect

I also heard it’s important to pay attention to the heating system, since I definitely wouldn’t want to rely only on AC during winter.

I’d be incredibly grateful for absolutely any advice or personal experience 🙏
